
Brent: Company Director/Senior Mechanic

Brent and his wife Samantha live locally with their two children. Brent has a keen interest in hunting and fishing and enjoys doing these in his spare time. Brent enjoys his American classic cars, anything with muscle and power! Brent enjoying problem solving and a good challenge. He takes pride in his workmanship and customer service skills.
Brent works with the customer to find the best solution for their vehicles and that is within their budget. Brent is one of the friendly faces that you might see on an AA roadside assistance call out.

Samantha: Company Director/ Accounts

Sam and her husband live locally with their two children. Sam has a Bachelors in Early Childhood but is taking some time off to help give their business the best start they can. Sam enjoys being active, fishing, bike riding, kayaking, bush walks and more. Sam has a keen passion for helping others, volunteer work, and is a huge animal lover. Sam is working alongside the ‘Saving Hope Foundation’ to use the workshop as a ‘drop off’ base for any unused pet food, blankets, and the like to help with rescued animals.
Sam enjoys anything from the 1950’s era especially the fashion and the American classic cars.

Mike: Foreman/Senior Mechanic

Mike and his wife live locally with their six children. Mike enjoys taking his children for bush walks in his spare time. Mike has a keen interest in American Muscle cars and enjoys working on them.
Mike is one of the friendly faces that you might see on an AA roadside assistance call out.

Jimmy: Part Co-ordinator

In 2023, Jimmy became the newest member of our team at Helensville Mechanical Services, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge. With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, Jimmy is a veteran radiator repairer. His expertise spans across New Zealand and Australia, and he has successfully managed workshops in both countries. Jimmy is Helensville Mechanical Services new Part Co-ordinator, you may have already met Jimmy or spoken to him on the phone. Jimmy's responsibilities include ordering all the necessary parts to ensure the seamless operation of our workshop. Additionally, he handles repair quotes, WINZ quotes, tire orders, and everything else in between. Welcome to the Helensville Mechanical Family Jimmy!
During his leisure time, Jimmy finds enjoyment in activities such as watching sports, listening to music, and creating impressive wrought iron products.

Campbell: Apprentice Mechanic

Campbell joined the team at Helensville Mechanical Services in 2023 and is in his first year of his Automotive apprenticeship. He has a keen interest in ‘90’s Japanese sports cars and four wheel drives.
In his spare time, Campbell enjoys overnight tramping expeditions and working on his Suzuki Escudo 4x4.

Nick

Nick is one of the newest members of the team at Helensville Mechanical. He is a proud dad to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter who is currently learning the ropes of fishing with him. Nick has a love for cars, good craftsmanship, and delivering excellent customer service
His career has taken him through roles as a chef, a builder, and a recruitment consultant, giving him a mix of creativity, hands-on skills, and people-focused experience.

Caleb

We’re excited to have Caleb as the newest member of the Helensville Mechanical team. Currently in his first year of an automotive apprenticeship, he’s already showing great enthusiasm and dedication to his craft Caleb is passionate about all things automotive, with a particular interest in Australian muscle cars and four-wheel drives
In his free time, Caleb loves getting outdoors and riding dirt bikes, combining his love for adventure with his mechanical know-how
